Personal Development Coaching

This is an area of coaching that helps you to achieve goals in your personal life – time management, self-organization, finances, or health & fitness.

 

You will be supported to:

• Learn to identify and remove the blocks to your success and happiness.

• Gain a new sense of self-appreciation

• Develop and implement a plan to help you achieve your goals

Coaching Fees

30 min Jump Start Call                   Free

Ad Hoc Coaching                              $350 / hr

One-hour sessions conducted via phone on an as-needed basis to address a specific career issue, challenge or opportunity.  There is no commitment to a set number of sessions.

Package of 3 coaching sessions          $960

(3) one-hour sessions  is ideal for those who:

• know what they want from their career but need help making it happen with specific goals, action planning, and support

• have one area of their personal life they are wanting to impact.

Package of 6 coaching sessions          $1800

(6) one-hour sessions for those who:

• don’t know what they want or are looking to embark on a new career path

• want to powerfully impact an area of their life by making a permanent change in that area

This package includes:

• One personal development book

• Career testing

• First session is 1.5 hours

General:

• All coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes.

• Fees are billed in Canadian dollars.

• 13% Tax is added to all session fees.

• Please speak to your accountant regarding how to expense coaching fees.
